Return Policy
To return a core or part(s) We need your order number, name, email address and the part number you wish to return along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return it. If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name ordered with. All return numbers are e-mailed in 2-3 business days with a return shipping address and complete shipping instructions. No returns will be accepted without an return number. If the return number is not written on the outside of the shipping box, it will be returned to you. All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper packing.
Within 30 days of placing your order from Auto Parts Super Center you may return any core or wrong part(s). All return item must be in brand new condition, which means the item is never installed and kept in the orginal packaging cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors, labor expenses, or any other associated expenses. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts.
